Timothy Cornell

Tim began his career in the HVAC industry in 1983 working for a HVAC wholesaler.  

He later joined the Steamfitters Local 602 apprenticeship program and became a journeyman, working in the field for 16 years before moving into a management position in the office.

Tim leads the heart of our service operations and has full responsibility for managing our service team – consisting of three service managers, three dispatchers, and approximately 50 field technicians. He works directly with our existing and prospective clients to meet their energy needs, along with expanding our company relationships.

Tim has held positions on the Steamfitters Local 602 Apprenticeship Committee and the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metro Washington (MCAMW) Service Bureau.
